Step outside the residence and you’ll find everything at your doorstep: a large Kaufland hypermarket and a small shopping center with cafés, pharmacy, and shops right next door, as well as numerous restaurants and services in the neighborhood. For nature lovers, several parks are nearby (the scenic Parcul Afgan is only about a 10-minute walk ). Getting Around:

The city center is just ~3.4 km away (about 5–10 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by public transport) . Ride-hailing services like Bolt and Taxi are readily available and affordable in Chișinău.



Parking: Free public parking can usually be found around the building (in the quiet side streets or courtyard). Additionally, the adjacent Kaufland supermarket has a secure parking lot where guests can park for a fee (with direct access to the building area).
