The room is extremely comfortable. The bed linen is cozy and hypoallergenic, and the property’s proximity to the metro station makes travel a breeze.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. However, there were some facilities I didn’t know how to use, so I had to contact the staff. They explained everything to me very patiently, and I really appreciated this thoughtful service.

I really fell in love with Chongqing. The people here are incredibly warm and friendly, and winters here are mild—not cold at all. This means I can go out and explore without having to bundle up in heavy clothes.

First of all, I have to say the service was excellent. We don’t use WeChat very often, so we weren’t quite sure how to add someone as a friend. The staff spoke basic English and were able to tell us how to do it in English. When we were about to arrive, they even came to pick us up nearby. We felt quite flustered in an unfamiliar place, and this thoughtful gesture really put us at ease
