This beautifully furnished upmarket apartment is one to enjoy.
Sit in the morning have a cup of coffee and watch the early morning traffic heading to work, or at night a great view of the city lights and darkness setting in over a glass of your favourite wine.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE has a fully functional kitchen with fridge,microwave,cooking utensils.The washing machine and seperate dryer has laundry powder available.
CITY NOISE.Please note this is an inner city apartment near a intersection so will have some noise at times.The apartment is much quieter with windows closed.If you are a light sleeper ,perhaps bring some air plugs .

The well known Margaret Mahy Playground is 5 min walk away boarded by the Avon River and greenery.

Please note king size bed can be converted to 2 single beds.
