Courtyard Cottage is a Grade 2 listed Cottage in the beautiful hilltop village of Chulmleigh. The cottage has been completed refurbished to provide ample space for up to four people. The ground floor has an open plan style with kitchen, dining and large sitting area. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. Outside there is a walled courtyard garden offering a private space to enjoy the sun. There is free parking nearby.
Although Chulmleigh is a small hilltop village it offers a wide range of amenities including a pub, hotel, take away food, Indian restaurant, late opening convenience store, bakers, post office and golf course with a welcoming clubhouse open to everybody. All these facilities are within a short walk of the cottage.
