This appears to be a recently refurbished motel, of the older style with outdoor hallways. It was clean and all the furnishings were in good condition. Even for an older side sleeper like me, the mattress was acceptable, but there was no night light for the bathroom (which is why I carry one in my bag). The breakfast was a bit below par for modern hotel chains, but I found it adequate. There are several restaurants nearby. I don't feel the motel rates a 5 (exceptional), but I've given it a 4 and would stay there again.

Staff is inaccessible after a certain time. Closed lobby is inconvenient. Lobby doors shouldn’t be locked when issues arise such as key cards not working, hot water not working etc….it takes forever to finally reach someone because their either not there or sleeping in the room attached to the lobby.

Very dated, poor quality shower…took forever to get hot water, no grab bars at all. Room was clean, but had an odd smell. Beds and pillows comfortable. The breakfast bar is only open until 9:00 so by the time we showered and got downstairs, it was over. It’s not the worst I’ve ever seen but I wouldn’t stay again. I think I’ve been spoiled by VRBO and Airbnb.

I wish they had eggs, and the breakfast should be till 10.00 on the weekend. Overall, the breakfast sat was good. Yes, very pet friendly. On a note you need to have trashcans out by the office and in the breezeway. Thanks, Kim Rust stayed 10-3-5-25

Checknin starts at 3pm. I arrived just before 5pm and the room wasn't ready. Decided to start our evening early since the room wasn't ready. Came back to find they had given our room to someone else. They claim it was an accident and it was the computer system's fault, but that seems like a cop out. We eventually got a room, but received nothing for either of the inconveniences.

It was the first time staying here. They have comfortable beds the Young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We brought our young kitten and there was plenty of room to for his stuff we brought from home that was needed. Will definitely stay again next time in town to see family

The room wasn’t very clean, there was a towel left in the bathroom, the sink wouldn’t hardly drain, staff was ok.. The beds were small, full size. We enjoyed the pool but small & usually out of towels. But we loved the grounds, it was well taken care of & peaceful

Initially, I was really turned off. It's like an old school motor lodge with separate buildings. But, aside from that, it really wasn't bad. Room was dated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The building with the check-in desk and breakfast was pretty nice and breakfast was very good. If the price was much lower, I would probably stay again
