They should tell you before you book that the hotel is under construction. There is a weird smell throughout the hotel and a stale smoke (musky) smell in our room. The hotel seems is outdated. The bathroom looked to be updsted. If you look around the area you will see nice hotels and very updated. I usually stay in choice hotels but I think I am going to Marriott.

Room Service was offered but never actually received. I requested room to be cleaned (or at least beds made up). That wasn’t done because there wasn’t enough staff. Also, stingy with towel service. Didn’t get another shower mat…Had to step out on bare floor… However, the breakfast was good.

Property, in general, was very nice. Paid quite a bit on upcharge because of soccer tournament in town. Not really a price I would pay, but had few options. Unfortunately, went to take shower in morning and found dirty towels with blood on them in the shower. Really unacceptable. Would have complained at desk, but nobody to be found there.

No pool! Even though it said pool!

This is the second time we booked with hotels.com and the hotel say it has a pool but then we arrive and the pool isnt working.. !!!!
