Perfect location

My daughter and I were in Cincinnati for a wedding and selected this property because of its location to my sister's house (one minute away). We also selected it because we of the access to internet (we both were working) and because we brought our dog. While the decor was a little dated, and the driveway a little hard to navigate, the property owner was very responsive and we had no problems.

Moving day in Cincinnati

Place was very nice, but the room you enter first has an odor and the floor was dirty. The mattress in the bedroom any movement made a loud creaking noise and woke you up if anyone moved. The kitchenette, bedroom and family room/bar were very nice.

Close to Xavier

Very spacious and clean. Owner very responsive. I needed to be close to Xavier where my son’s apartment was. Freeway is right down the street and its five minutes from his apartment/Xavier. I was gone during the day every day, but in the evening, it was very quiet. Perfect for my elderly furbaby. Very convenient.

Good but could be great!

The property manager is great! He reached out immediately and had super good communication with me. The place is a basement so the front room does have that very strong basement smell. I closed the door off and stayed in the bar area, kitchen and bedroom and it helped. The place is nice and comfortable but it is missing the little stuff. The only pot has steaming holes in the bottom and can’t be used for most cooking. There wasn’t dish soap to wash my coffee mug or plate. I am sure that If I would have asked he would have given me soap but I just preferred limited contact. He did provide a lot of water bottles and k cups which was really nice! Warning though, don’t use the hot plate at the same time as the Kuerig because it might blow a fuse like it did for me. He was quick to fix it though because he was home. The family is quiet and didnt distract me from my online classes. They took me in very last minute and I had a pleasant stay. I’d recommend to a friend.
