Great stop

Picked the hotel due to the location for a concert near by. Walking distance to the venue. The only downside was that one of the elevator was down, so it took a while to go up or down after the concert was over and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The following day for check out the same thing, everyone trying to leave at the same time making it a little bit of a hassle.

Couples Getaway

We had a great stay for a couple’s getaway. Rooms are very nice, a lot of natural lightning from the high windows (not too much lightning in the room). Showers a very nice size. Valet: Make sure you tell the valet & hotel host if you would like to pay for valet separately or charge to the room. Was charged double but we were able to resolve the matter before checking out (I was told if you realized the double charge after check out, it would be hard to get reimbursed). Additional Parking: Parking garage next door (next to the Westin), cheaper than valet. No ice machines on room floors have to go to the bistro or go down to the main lobby to request it.

Stay was spoiled.

Everyone was friendly enough and helped us with dinner plans and getting to the hard rock. Our time was spoiled with the 2am fire alarm. We were on the 14th floor and made it to 7 by the time they called it off. Then we trudged back up to our rooms. The heater was loud, our door wouldn’t open right, and our stay in the end, was ruined.

Room was amazing, hotel staff was great. Easy to walk to the stadium and all the great restaurants around there. Even walked to Kentucky to buy bourbon. Only real issue was the parking was valet only and there seemed to be a problem with the app they use plus volume or road construction as many of us had to wait over an hour for our car.
