ROACHES we quickly found and took pictures of many roaches. We made the front desk aware and it was no surprise to them. They could not have cared less. On top of that, DIRTY. Pillows with mud on them and bathroom floor so sticky our shoes stick to the floor. We reported them to the Kentucky Health Board with pictures.

The room I got was pretty dirty, both the floor and the bedding, mysterious stains on the bedding and the bedskirts but look like rhey have never been washed, I slept with my used shirt over the pillow because I at least knew where my shirt had been, didn't even touch the shower. I was on the second floor and sould hear people talking outside as if they were in the room with me. They make you pay a $100 deposit fee "incase you smoke in the room" on top of the charge for the room. It's almost been 24 hours and that $100 hasnt been put back into my account. It was 10pm when I checked in, I should have just turned and left when they mentioned the deposit fee.

Limited parking, around side of building. Generally run down inside and outside. Bed sheets and pillows stained, reused keycard envelope, outdated equipment, TV volume would no go above 30, just weird, old, and dirty. Want a $100 deposit hold if you use debit, I used credit but just a heads up, I usually get $50 for a debit card at these types of stays. I am used to staying in a not so great, older type of place but, it was pretty bad.

Its an older hotel there were a few issues with the cleanliness of the room. I was so tired I didn't bother complaining. Just go knowing its not the ritz and maybe take some lysol. The shower had the previous guests wash rag hung up still hardshell on the shower curtain. There was a used band-aid on the floor. The bed was a little bit dirty. Oh, and the smoke alarm had "EOL" (end of life???) on it in sharpie which I can only imagine means if there's a fire I better smell it first. It was more expensive than a room of this quality should have been but convenient and on my way home.
