Very dirty. Dust COVERED vents. Massive stains on sheets. Multiple big burn holes on sheets. Crumbs everywhere. Windows and mirrors haven’t seen a wipe down in a long time. Chair had not so mystery stains. Run down.

Charged our card twice and charged for service animal as well as coming in and waking us up during medically needed naps at 5pm to do housekeeping even when told someone here is disabled and has to sleep during that time. Roaches were also present.

Upon arrival the building looks old an outdated. The entrance hallway to the room smelled musty. Once I entered the room an did a bed check the sheets were dirty and had stains. The surrounding area is not safe but the fact you can't enter without your room key gave some since of comfort. The view consisted of rows of semi trucks. The towels looked dingy, 1 roll of tissue, no iron, no microwave or frig and no ice machine. Breakfast was to be included but it was just yogurt and fruit. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smelled like a bowling alley

The property smelled awful. The people smoking weed across the hall from us made the smell worse. The property was not secured with working door locks.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch rooms because there was no AC in the original; and then the Maintenance man was amazing and brought my daughter and I a mini fridge because our 2nd room didn’t have one. They are redoing the property so it’s a work in progress. But overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Breakfast could use some work, the only things offered are fruit loop and Frosted Flakes, some bread, yogurt

For a Wyndham, vastly dissapointed.

The sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the paint on the shower was peeling. The side tables were stained, lightbulbs were missing. The hair dryer didnt work. The bed pillows were less than standard size.

Nice Stay, Good Service

Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke and we're both non-smokers. The hairdryer in the room had frayed wired, but thankfully we didn't have 2 use it, I'm sure if we had said something about it they would have taken care of it. The customer service was very good.
