Food was good. Couch was stained dirty.,bathroom ceiling tile had like a trap door to get to the pipes kept falling open after maintenance tried to fix it so he just left it open and made us feel a little creepy about it. We stayed on 4th floor looking up all the 5th floor was covered in plastic looking down the fountain was old not working so made bad appearance. I was disappointed inside but outside was okay.

The breakfast was a highlight with the omelets made to order. The balcony was a waste of money. The sliding glass doors were almost impossible to see out of. The bedroom being located in the back of the room was great. This made the loud adults drinking and yelling in the 1st floor area palatable. HIGHLY recommend you request 4th or 5th floor for that reason. Lastly, the air conditioning was less than adequate. The reason we chose this hotel was the price. Well worth it.

Comfortable bed and an outstanding breakfast

I like to stay at an Embassy Suite when I have the opportunity. My kids and I really like the omelette and pancakes cooked to order each morning. Plus there are lots of other options. Drinks and snacks in the evening are another nice amentiy offered from this hotel. Rooms are large and I would definitely recommend a stay at an Embassy suites.

When we first arrived & got to our room, it was 82 degrees. I went down to the front desk & they did have maintenance come up promptly to reprogram the thermostat. The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all. Ended up putting the bed back in the couch & sleeping on the couch. One reason we chose this hotel was the fact they were to provide a shuttle to the Red’s games, but the website was incorrect, due to new management. Overall, I would say it was average at best.

Disappointed in the embassy

The floors were filthy room overs never came when I requested additional towels. The shower curtain was broken. There was water everywhere.

The inside wasn’t as clean as expected carpets were dirty and pool area was definitely a hot mess with all the kids it was insane. At like 10pm their were kids running around and adults downstairs were loud as well

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was very responsive. The only problem we had was the shower in our room was very powerful and sprayed water all over because there was no shower liner and the curtain didn’t fit the shower. A minor issue considering everything else was perfect.

The free hot breakfast with omelettes was great but the hotel is old. Housekeeping came right into our room when we weren't checked out yet, before check out time. Sheets left on sofa bed. Employee at the front said they only change them when someone has used it. Gross.

I definitely enjoyed this stay. Yvette at the front desk was extremely accommodating and nice. The breakfast in the morning was good. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The pool was open. Nothing bad to say about this stay.
