We checked into our first room and found four dead roches as big as the size of my thumb. We called the front desk and they were so apologetic and immediately moved us rooms without asking and gave us a complimentary food bag. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. Our second room had a few cosmetic repairs that needs done but everything worked fine. The pool was older and small but was fine for our small family. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet style but had a 'made to order' omlet chef and they were great!

Very friendly staff that made the check in process quick and easy. The hotel was great for families traveling with little ones with their small store to buy snacks and other items. The hotel was very quiet at night which we really appreciated and the location was perfect. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

This hotel is absolutely amazing in so many different ways. The building itself and the rooms are spacious. The morning breakfast beats any hotel I’ve ever stayed. The pre-dinner food, options and free drinks who needs to purchase a meal? But most importantly it is the staff that make this hotel so special. From those that clean the rooms or cook the food, the valet and door men - those on staff for electrical repair or whatever the problem might be, and no matter the time the front desk staff are so very friendly and helpful. It’s truly amazing. I add the managers from all shifts and especially the daytime manager who has organized this hotel in such a way that it can’t be missed. He personally, one of the friendliest and most attentive a gentleman ever. Not just those that serve the public if I could give 50 stars I would. RogerWV

Everything was great except for the fact that we didn't have any cold water in our room, it would quickly get scalding hot (toilet included) and we couldn't take a shower but, at least we only stayed one night. We let staff know, they were very courteous and wanted to help us get at least some money back for the inconvenience. Overall, the room was clean and comfy (minus the water situation) and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Embassy is my go-to

Honestly I never had a bad experience at any Embassy Suites I have stayed at and this was no different. Front Desk was friendly no matter who was there, the parking was convenient, the view of the bridge and river were nice, the rooms were as expected which is why I chose Embassy. The only thing I would say in regards to the cleanliness is "the little things" like the carpet has spots, the chairs in the "front room" area had some dirty stains on it. I have also seen people talk about the hot water, my room had NOTHING but hot water in the shower lol. Overall im satisfied

We reserved two rooms both were dirty. Dirty Windows dirty showers, the bathrooms were the dirtiest there were small hairs all over the room found all over the carpet in both rooms

Beautiful view/terrible room.

The room was not clean at all. The cold water handle on the sink did not work. The only way the toilet would flush was to take the lid off the back of the tank and lift the lever. The water does not drain well when taking a shower, so the tub fills up. The phones didn’t work in the room to call down to the front desk. Had to call the front desk to request more towels (only 2 in room) and conditioner bc it was out in the shower, and no one ever came up with any. So as a final thought about this hotel, it’s convenient, and has a beautiful view of Cincinnati, but definitely not with the money with all the issues we had to deal with in our room.

Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Our room smelled as if there were old hockey equipment laying around, not a clean scent what so ever. First morning we had no hot water what so ever. However the hotel did comp. us the room for that day. We still were very frustrated due to having an event at the convention center early this day.

Riverview suites are the best had everything I needed in a beautiful view. Breakfast and omelettes made to order our awesome in the social hour. Drinks were great. Bar prices are extremely pricey, but the two free drinks made it nice.

This was one of the worst stays. I’ve had at a hotel we checked in on Friday. Our room had no heat. They put us in a different room and there was no hot water in any rooms. Several people were at the front desk, complaining about no hot water, we had to warm water in the microwave to wash our face and bodies the front desk. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
