I will be reaching out to corporate. NEVER should a PAYING guest have to plunge their toilet?! NOR attempt to clean the room that housekeeping neglected to clean thoroughly. So the front desk staff (Corey) called the police because he asked me to leave due to dropping a few f-bombs related to plunging my own toilet…in addition to NOT having an iron, phone not working properly and SOMEONE’S HAIR and some weird stuff on the ceiling of the bathroom…no maintenance or housekeeping on the weekend?! Are you serious? I will NEVER stay in another ES for as long as I live.

Non smoking hotel got to our room and it smelled like 50 people smoke cigarettes in our room. Felt like I was going to fall through second level floor. Checked out after 10 mins. They did not give a refund.

No frills

This hotel is a no frills stay. The beds are clean, but there are very few amenities, such as no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast is basically coffee and muffins on a table in front of the check-in desk. The staff was incredibly sweet. Expect to leave a $100 credit at check in that you won’t get back for 7-10 business days.

Great value

The room and hotel was a great value for the price. The only minor complaint I have is the property next door needs to trim the bush by the street because it was hard to see every time I pulled out of the parking lot to go somewhere.

Limited to no housekeeping. Bag your own trash and take to trash room. All I expect is daily trash emptying and replacement of towels as needed.... neither happened. The upstairs occupants were noisy all night.

Not very impressed.

First room we were in the phone didnt work. The drape rod fell off when drawing the drapes. Were moved to another room. The freezer in refrigerator didnt work. Was very disappointed for a room that costs $100.
