Great stay!

The staff was friendly and polite. There was not an issue at all! They were doing a bit of remodeling while we were there, so appearance was a little disheveled but to be expected for remodeling and didn't negatively effect our stay at all.

The people were very friendly. Unfortunately, the property was outdated and not kept clean. When we arrived, there was a full garbage bag in the vending area that was pulled out of the receptacle. It sat there the following day and was finally removed that afternoon. When we went to breakfast, the side counter next to our table was so dusty that I wrote "Hello Ohio" in the dust and took a picture. When we went back to our room later that afternoon, housekeeping had cleaned the room and the bed was made but the garbage cans were never emptied. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was what I can only describe as curling up. We were with another couple and they had issues with the bathroom sink not draining.

What I liked about the property is that it was close to UC Hospital in which I had a 7am appointment. What I did not like was they said the room was on 2nd Floor, but when you looked out the window, there were people passing by on the ground. Also, when I checked in no one told me that they charged for parking? The next day when checking out I learned about it. The lady said she would take it off the bill in which I'm still waiting to see. Also, my sister that drove me and stayed with me could not sleep as she heard scratching she said it was right by her bed and feared it was a rat and turned on the lights which awakened me and we both had trouble sleeping.

We always stay here when visiting our daughter at UC. It's a very convenient location and parking is easy (we just found out there is actually a garage underneath the surface lot). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Look like they are doing a renovation which will be nice as it is a bit tired looking, but still in good shape and clean.

It’s college town for sure. Your mins from UC campus and also right at several hospitals. We did enjoy our stay and will go back. Pool was heated and the kids loved it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was very clean and pleasant.
