Had it not been for the outdoor pool we would not have stayed. The room was small, outdated. Toiletries were low or out and had not been restocked. Make-up remover wipes were old and smelled. Only one elevator worked and took forever.

The property was old and insufficient. I had to change rooms because the television didn’t work AND more importantly the carpet by the air conditioner was soaking wet. My second room had the same issue with the carpet being soaking wet. The room had a musty odor. Even though the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they worked very hard and was nice

Great weekend

Was there the weekend for the Cincinnati festival. The hotel was at a nice convenience location. They had a swimming party and DJ that Saturday. The breakfast was good. Not only are the staff nice but the guests as well.

Our ac vent leaked water in carpet in room Tub bathroom tub was dirty ehen we arrived. Overall great location to downtown and very friendly staff just need to fix the leaky ac unit and have house keeping clean a little better.

The rooms were old, and some from our group had issues with the fire alarms hanging off the wall with cords and everything. The hotel smelled of weed the entire time, and the overall room just felt not clean. Staff were okay, and I don’t like to say that about people just doing their job. However, half never wore a name tag so we didn’t know who really worked there and who didn’t. Many kept coming in from behind the building and had a “unique smell” about them afterwards. We had a room with a pull out couch-bed, but no additional linens in the room for it and when we asked the desk for some, they told us the hotel was “extremely busy and they’d see if they could get us some”. The pool wasn’t clean, all sorts of things floating around and they would bring towels, but never felt like there was enough. When we’d ask for pool towels, staff just gave us a look like we were an inconvenience. Overall, I guess we got what we paid for but we definitely would not recommend nor stay here again.

Would never choose again.

Carpet was flooded in multiple rooms from the AC unit. The constant moisture had the room smelling musty so we only stayed 1 night and just left early. Very outdated and not nearly worth the listed price per night.
