The hotel is located next to 2 liquor stores, so at night it naturally looks a bit sketchy. However - the area seemed rather quiet, considering it being near the highway and next to liquor stores. Our check in was quick and simple! The room was neatly fixed, it smelled nice & the shower was hot. Love the pump shower dispensers! My only complaint would be the breakfast area. This hotel was very busy, but there was very limited seating. The buffet was pretty good. Overall, I would stay here again!

Room was big, nice and clean. Within walking distance to Waffle House and liquor stores to grab chips and sodas. It was quiet and the staff was nice. They have a trolley that can take you downtown which is pretty convenient. The breakfast bar was nice with several options. The only thing I will say is it's noted as being a mile from Heritage Bank but it's not a walking mile. Oh, and don't doordash Popeye's. Order wrong, chicken was burnt. Complete garbage.

We found a used ketchup packet under the bench and a used bottle lid between the bed and night stand. We had to ask for towels for the pool. They should have them stocked on the weekend. There was 16 people at one time in the pool and no towels. Lots of breakfast to choose from. Good location right off the highway. We stay here once a year for an event we go to. Glad I had a gift card.

I wasn't sure about location when I first arrived because of surrounding area looking sketchy. I went to check in and staff was super friendly, said area was actually safe and it turned out to be a great location. Plenty of food options within walking distance, 5 minutes from stadiums.

Overall, good value for the money and easy public transportation access to Cincinnati locations. Older, renovated property is well-maintained, and issues, such a very slow draining shower, were promptly addressed. Staff are friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful.
