The room we stayed in was not very clean. Hotel is somewhat outdated. There is not a hot tub anymore. That is cemented off. However, there is still a pool.

The front desk person named Josh was very rude and unfriendly when i spoke to him on the phone couple of hours before check in and also when we were checking in. Almost made us feel like he wasn't interested in helping at us at all. When we got to the room, bath tub wasn't clean, there were crumbs on the carpet. We called front desk and another staff was able to get us to a different room made us feel a little better so we appreciate her kindness and being very quick about the room situation.

Bathroom sink drain very very slow, Bathroom door when closing made a sound like it was stuck when opening. This location on line said there was a complemental breakfast. There was not. The room I booked online shows a couch in the king suite. There was not. So disappointing

Hotel is well past its glory days and hallways and rooms need a makeover. Rear parking lot (where we were instructed to park) had piles of empty pallets and debris taking up numerous parking spaces. Security door was propped open and room smelled musty. Staff were great but property needs some love.

Great for an older convention type property. Felt outdated and the microwave was a little scary. Excellent cleanliness and no smell. Seams as though they do well to keep costs down and provide bare minimum for bathroom supplies. Great for conventions, Near a mall and plenty of shopping & restaurants.
