The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and worked perfect for our trip. There was one evening that the shower kept going off and on and the toilets kept getting backed up. They were filling the outside pool though, so that might have had something to do with it.

My tub had a very slow drain and thr water would not get hot at night. I had to wait until the morning to shower which was a huge inconvenience. I was also told to reach out to Expedia so they could reach out to the hotel for me to receive a 25% discount.

This is not a TRUE HYATT PLACE. There's NO hot water. Breakfast was understocked. There wasnt any clean spoons to eat cereal. The owners definitely are NOT keeping the Hyatt place standards.

Breakfast was TERRIBLE! They should not be able to advertise as a buffet. Watery scramble egg and sausage links that was it for hot food. Then some wheat bread and toaster, didn't evwn offer bagels or english muffin, it was just awful.The staff at the front desk was excellent at both check in and check out. Room was clean, bit the bathroom was way too small.
