The hotel is undated The lobby is welcoming. The breakfast area is nice and very clean. The room we had could have been cleaned better. The floor could have used a washing and the tub a bit of a scrubbing. The bed is very hard. If you prefer a very firm mattress you'd love.it. The pool and hot tub are well maintained.

Ohio hotel visit.

Pool was great. Just wish the pool had heated water temp for a nice comfort swim. Pool had cold cold water. The Room was ok. Shower had to much water pressure so water come into floor alot in the bathroom. Breakfest food was great but needs more food variety for multiple night stay intead of the same thing over and over every day.

The first room we were given had dirty sheets on the beds (stained sheets and comforter, and hair in the bed sheets). We moved to a different room, which had a lot of ants (we killed as many as we could). Didn’t ask for another room as we weren’t sure what we would get. We had the “do not disturb” sign on the door the entire time we were there, but house-keeping came into the room twice - the first time we were not there. The room door was left unlocked/unsecured. When we returned to our room, we just pushed on the door and it opened, with no keycard. We ended up taking our things to the car with us the next day as we did not believe our room was safe. Told the front desk staff, but not much was done. We stayed here because the group we were with chose this hotel. However, after this experience we would not choose this hotel again!

No wash cloths available, smallest soap, shampoo and conditioner I have ever seen. Breakfast was less than average. Trash overflowing....one trash can in lobby/ eating area. Restroom on main floor har no paper towels, tiny hand soap, toilet seat not attached (on floor one evening). Had a strong oder of weed in certain areas

Some of the staff was rude and the pool was open but not working properly therefore the water was disgusting and they even had a board of health flyer up on the pool room door to show what the issues were. The blankets were very stained and there were other broken things in the rooms.
