The breakfast was great the room was great. We had one of our towels when we arrived that had a spot on it but was able to exchange it out quickly and efficiently. The lobby was stunning!!

Initially we were put in a room were the heat did not work. The staff was quick to check it out and move us when they couldn’t fix it. The new room didn’t have a tv remote and again the staff took care of it. When I was showering I found out that the conditioner and the body wash was empty and the tub was in disrepair. The room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. So the long and short of it is the staff was wonderful but the hotel needs some work.
