This apartment is in a quiet low key historic neighborhood walking distance from Findlay Market, OTR bar/restaurant district, University district, downtown, and the streetcar! Apartment has been partially renovated, but still has older bedroom carpet and some cracked tile. For groups larger than 4 people, please allow for extra time to set up extra beds.
