We had a great stay, yes, the presidential suite is maybe a bit dated -BUT- that took nothing away from the stay itself. The staff we interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

The Room was nice, so was the foyer. But during my stay, the Housekeeper not once clean my room. I asked the laundry lady if there was a housekeeper scheduled on my floor, and she said yes, and while I was away, she took care of my room, which is not her job...it doesn't matter if the guest stays for a week or just one night, the housekeeper has to clean the room.

We originally checked in for a room and when we got up to it, the fridge didn’t work. Went back to the receptionist as we were heading out for supper and asked that they fix it while we were gone. Instead they switched our room to across the hall - no problem, the fridge worked. There were 2 light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom and some of the coffee in the holder was open/gone. Otherwise we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and how big the room was! We will stay again and hopefully be able to book the Presidential Suite we saw!

The room was clean. But, the casing around the door looked as though the door had possibly been kicked in at one point. Which was a little concerning. The free breakfast that was included was little to nothing. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. All in all.it was an ok experience staying here
