It was dirty and nasty. Had wipe the whole room down with cleaning wipes. The remote was sticky and when cleaned off the rag was black, ewww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms are kinda old and not up to date. TV was old and raggedy just not the type of choice hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Upon arrival we asked for the restroom since we had been on the road for a while. The one restroom was out of order. No A/C in the lobby. Temp had to be in the high 80's in there. Checked into our room. Peculiar order. Had to turn in one of our washcloths because it did not look clean. Still no A/C in the lobby the next morning. Breakfast area was extremely hot. Also noticed bugs in our room the next morning. Could not take a shower because the tub did not look clean. On a positive note, the gentleman that checked us in and out, Knia, was extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in preparing our beds. I will never stay there again. I don't do bugs

I enjoyed my stay but when i asked to check i at 1 because it wasnt until 3 i was told it would be $20 i said no and spent time with family so i didnt check in until 9pm . All i wanted was to drop off my things and go but its a nice place

There was no air conditioning in the lobby and we waited for at least 10 minutes to be checked in. Fox News was on in the lobby and it was extremely uncomfortable. The employee was alone with several people waiting. He was fine and forced to work in a hot environment with a fan blowing to keep cool. The hotel is old and run down. There is a metal frame around the underside of the bed that made a loud tinning noise every time we stepped by the beds and unintentionally hit it with our feet. The internet was very difficult to log into and took several tries and minutes to log into. There was one use of shampoo left in the large shampoo container in the shower, there was a large reddish brown mark on the wall and no stopper on the bathroom sink. I was not expecting greatness for the price but hoped it would be better than it was. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the ac in the room worked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Nice service and clean. Only suggestion is to change the food in room policy. I think your reviews would be better if you didn’t stop people from taking food out of the breakfast area. Sign is fine, but don’t stop people. Most people are not going to make huge messes and people bring their own snacks and food to the room anyway. It was just a little off putting to even myself who was just eating breakfast in the breakfast area. Just my two cents.
