Had to ask for a different room the same night and it was decent but matched with the nasty attitude of the guest service. After complaining again I was asked to leave. His statement was “we don’t have brand new rooms here” I said I didn’t ask for a new room I asked for a clean and decent room. Worst place I’ve stayed in 2025. I only pick this location because my 2yr old granddaughter with cancer at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital was 7 mins away. Nasty the place and the service

No they put me in a “no smoking room” that smelled horribly of smoke and burn holes everywhere even though I informed them I had a daughter with cancer and she is immune deficient and they still proceeded to put me in a nasty room wouldn’t change or refund my room and then made it seemed like I was the one to make it smell like smoke or whatever. Took my deposit and all. Called the police and the police said I should’ve took my daughter to St Jude when I said “wow is this how Cincinnati welcome people to the city” literally all I said and that was his response

The room was clean the lobby and breakfast area was clean. The hotel itself and even the room had like a musty smell you could tell they were trying to clean it up by the smell of the cleaning materials but all in all we got a good night sleep and that was our goal for the one evening

Small TV. Cigarette hole in my blanket. Continental breakfast could be better ( give us a meat option). Question the security of the place as it appears that a homeless person approached us claiming to be staying in the hotel and complaining about the conditions of her room and claiming lack of cooperation from the staff. I am not sure how true her story is.

Check in was slow. Clerk was hard to understand. Initially checked us into a room that wasn’t clean or was already occupied as there was trash in the cans and the beds were not made. Breakfast item has nothing healthy. A carb filled bread items. Nothing healthy. No fruit.

Mildew and MOLD

The whole hotel smells like an old musty basement that has been unoccupied for years. The first room we were put in had mold on the mattress cover, holes in the wall patched with tape, giant house centipede dead in the corner, and dust on the dresser like it hadn’t been cleaned.
