Upon arriving i share with the front desk that the toilet flushed funny. I was told maintenance would be sent to the room. I agreed because i was moving my daughter into college and would be gone majority of the evening. Well, 545a woke up to use the bathroom and the toilet didnt flush. Spoke with the front desk and since there wasnt overnight maintenance. We were moved from room 1723 to room 1125. Which was an inconvenience to say the least. When we were leaving when asked how was my stay I told the young lady what happened. She said she would make a note and have a manager call me back and that she would note to make some accommodations for the inconvenience, she mentioned that the managers were good at following up with customers concerns. Well, i called 4 different times leaving 2 voicemails & 2 front desk notes. No manager returned a call, then i stayed at the hotel 08/14-08/16. The hotel didnt close the chatges until 08/26. So, in taking 2 weeks to finalize the charges not once did the hotel call me regarding my issue. I had hopes that this stay would have been great but my experience was definitely sub-par. I would not go back now because of the management not following. The only thing i wish had match the food and nice people. But the management dropped the ball to fix this situation.
