Had a baggie stuffed between mattress looked like been there for awhile. Other then that just a few cleaning issues staff was friendly and helpful left key card in basket as was instructed before I left

Staff was very friendly but the hotel itself is quite a disgrace compared to other Radisson properties. Very dated and dirty. The carpet in my room was absolutely filthy. Rooms could use a total renovation.

This is my first review of a hotel and we stay in different hotels all the time. Now I knew this was an old hotel because I grew up about an hour away and always thought it would be cool to stay here and see the restaurant. Not only was the restaurant closed the whole stay, But we had to change rooms because our fridge didn’t work at all, so we lost our view of the city. Then we were switched to a room and the toilet didn’t work-so my husband stuck his hand in the back of it and fixed it-because by then we had two little kids and myself(broken ankle crutches) already unpacked into the room. The room was so dusty there were stains all over the carpet and stains on the wall like juice was spilled or something. Beds were comfy and comforter was great, staff was nice and friendly. HOWEVER this morning my husband walked out of our room to the elevator and the guy that worked the front desk was on the phone in just a towel, I dunno just seemed a bit weird. We will NEVER stay here again, and I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a good stay. We took pictures.

Bathtub faucet was coming off of the wall, bathroom door knob was not working. The breakfest wasnt complimentary and tasted like a normal cpmplimentary breakfest. Spent $50 for 3 people for a normal breakfest at most hotels which is free. If im paying $50 for 3 people i expect a good breakfest. Wouldnt recommed

Problem with checkin, hotel doesnt accept cash (for hidden charges), charged my account twice (still waiting for a response), forever leaking flush, overpriced breakfast, super dusty and never cleaned air vents had layers of dust and was a huge issue for me (being an asthma patient), thermostat was missing and hotel never changed sheets or cleaned room in 4 days of stay (even when we asked the floor manager for help)

The hotel was relatively clean; however, many things need to be updated or redone (walls, carpet, fixtures). The entire floor I was on reeked of marijuana, which I understand is no fault of the hotel. A front desk employee over charged me after I had already paid online months in advance, but another employee corrected it immediately when I notified them later in the day.
