I was really impressed with my stay. The hotel staff were all great and friendly. My room was really clean and stocked with some many things that made my stay so nice. The breakfasts were always excellent. Laura, the manager, has done a wonderful job and she made my stay a great experience.

There were a couple of blood stains found on various pieces of furniture and the space seemed to lack trash cans. Staff was very friendly and the pool was lovely. We would stay here again.

The property is beautiful, clean any I love the 2 room concept of the sitting area being separate from the bedroom. The floors and bathroom were clean as well as the bedding. Breakfast was average but loved that they had a quiche option now that was unique but it was also good. The staff were welcoming as well. As a travel agent I'm always looking to find something but this stay was great. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, modern and clean. Our room was very large with a small kitchen. The hotel is within walking distance to The Outback Steakhouse and Wings n Rings, plus quite a few other fastfood places. The hotel is very close to Kings Island. I would definitely recommend and will be my base for the next time I come to Kings Island

Beware********We booked and paid for two separate rooms. Both were supposed to be one bedroom suites. On day of check-in they said that rooms on third party websites are not guaranteed so one room was a studio, which is fairly smaller than a suite. I specifically bought rooms at this hotel so I could get suites and this happened. Then the next morning they knocked on our early in the morning to ask if we were checking out when we had booked a two day stay.

Studio suite with sofa bed kitchen very well laid out! Surprised that there was no clock or clock radio. Trying to figure out why shower didn’t have sliding doors and shower floor slippery which is a safety hazard.
