Just a wonderful comforting place to stay. Room had kitchen sink, with Waste Disposal, full size fridge, plates, cups cutlery, glass wear, towels. Could not be more pleased.

The property was great and clean. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, gas station and shops. 4 min drive to King's Island and Great Wolf Lodge. The only complaint we have is it's right off of the main highway which at times can be a bit noisy. Other than that, great hotel.

Attention to Details

The desk chair had food/crumbs on the seat, and the side of the chair back had about a 10-inch tear down the seam and the foam filling was hanging out. The chair either needs repaired or replaced. The large size of the studio room is very comfortable.

Location is great if you are going to Kings Island. One side of the building is facing Kings Island so you can view their nightly fireworks display. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Safe area. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean but in need of a severe deep carpet cleaning! Floor was sticky and couldn't be walked on barefoot. All other areas were clean and well kept.

Never disappoints!

We love the Residence Inn! Great location to Kings Island. Nice and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, exercise room and ability to wash clothes in the laundry room. ❤️
