Pictures of the hotel look decent enough, but it is a pretty old hotel. Our room had a broken desk that collapsed when used, the bathroom door was literally splitting in half broken, mold in the bathroom, mysterious stains on the comforter. Bed was pretty comfortable but entire room felt dirty or falling apart

Great Experience

I was so skeptical about staying here based on other reviews. HOWEVER it was the complete opposite and the service and stay was amazing!!!! We arrived and had a small issues which was resolved quickly and with much thought!! The staff was amazing and the rooms was nice for the price point. Bed was comfy room was clean with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was fresh and hot and we enjoyed our anniversary stay!!! Thank you for a good experience Blu Ash and the amazing front desk staff!!!

This hotel seemed nice but was very dated. The air fresheners they used were way too strong to the point of being difficult to breathe. Most of the room/bathroom was also quite dirty. The furniture had stains also. It made due for the night but we won’t be staying here again.

I loved this place but if you are someone who wants perfection then may not be the place for you. My group of 4 loved this hotel all staff were so pleasant we loved the imperfections of a place that has been around a while. I will be staying there again in the future.

Super quiet and quaint

Great place if you're looking for a quiet and quaint experience, close to everything (15mins) Breakfast included, will get you to your next meal, good for on the go travelers. Staff is more than accommodating. Prefer them over the big box hotel staffs. I travel A LOT. Gym.has enough for a sweat Pool has enough water to get wet.

All good except for breakfast

Was excited to stay here. Loved the look of the place and the set up. Only disappointment was the breakfast - low selection and no hot foods - guessing it was because not many guests but wish we would have known. Breakfast is big deal for us.

Toilet tank was broken off room seemed dirty not clean. Sink drain plug did not work properly. Saw small bugs in bathroom. Bed was way too soft and not firm.
