Staff were so nice at front desk and valet. Room was great, very clean and lots of room and a refrigerator. Walkable to many nice restaurants and ballpark and Heritage Bank Center. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

I checked in on Friday. I was told I would have house keeping every other day. On Monday I went to the desk to ask why nobody had been to my room on day 4. They said they would send someone so I went out for 2 hours. This was the only day I needed to be in my room. After I returned my room was still not cleaned. They finally came and I had to leave my room for another hour. The next day they brought me a few new towels until I asked for more towels the day before I checked out. Hotel has no amenities and the front desk was unoccupied often. Hotel is on the outskirts of town so I didn’t feel comfortable with self parking and had to pay $40 a day to park. The valet staff was excellent. After my room was “cleaned “ there was an old dirty straw on the floor. I expect much more from Marriott.

The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic, very helpful and took extra time to make sure we had a great stay! The room was very clean and had everything you wpuld need to cook a dinner. Location was perfect for attending concert at Music Hall. Would definitely stay here again!

My overall stay was great the hotel was awesome 2nd shift staff was very nice very polite. The rooms are comfortable clean. I wish the parking was a little easier but hey it was worth it.

Wonderful stay for the weekend

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, even though we weren't there very long and were only in the hotel to sleep. We came to drop our kiddo off at college for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the staff were PHENOMENAL! The only drawback, and it really wasn't that big of an issue... it was really noisy on Saturday night. Motorcycles and cars were loud. The GM has complained to the city, but not sure they can do much about it. I wear earplugs so it did not bother me so much but I could hear it. We were also up on the sixth floor so that helped. Overall, I would stay here again, and tried to book again this weekend but it's full. Love the staff here most of all!

The room was spacious, well-lit and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave me excellent recommendations for places to eat around town. I do wish someone had come in to make the bed daily but that's my only feedback for improvement. I would highly recommend staying here!
