Check in and out were a breeze. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Valet parking was easy. Room (king bed, sofa bed, kitchenette) was great. It was clean and just what we needed. Hotel location was perfect. The only issue and the hotel had no control over this was, but the street noise and traffic was very LOUD. We were there the weekend of Memorial Day and Taste of Cincinnati so that may had been the issue, but if definitely made it hard to sleep at night.

Loud & Soooooo Disappointed!!!!!

Did not sleep for 3 nights due to horrific noise from street and all the racing cars, motorcycles, loud people at wee hours of the morning along with police being called on more than one occasion. Sofa bed was not real bed, no mattress & hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. No sound proofing in walls, as if we were outside all night.

I want to mention Matea, that worked the front desk when we checked in and was there for the evening. She was so friendly and super sweet!! And the valet guys were so nice, when we dropped off the car and picked it up. Very pleased! Will stay again, when we come to downtown Cincinnati. Thank you!!

The hotel itself is actually nice. The rooms are clean and stocked. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. Dont get there late on a monday as its pretty boring downtown. Heard some gunshots and the swat in full gear at the fountain threw me off a little.

I liked the spacious rooms and walk in showers. Also, having a full refrigerator and microwave. The only thing I did not like was the parking. We ended up paying for valet service.
