We welcome you to stay in Croft Barn, a warm and inviting countryside retreat tucked away in Cerney Wick, just outside the charming market town of Cirencester and situated close to the South Cerney lakes. This peaceful Gloucestershire hideaway blends the character of a rural barn setting with the comfort and ease of a thoughtfully designed modern home!

Step inside to an open, airy living space where the living room, dining area and kitchen flow naturally together, making it easy to relax, cook and spend time with friends or family. Large windows draw in natural light throughout the day, and the layout offers plenty of room to unwind after exploring the Cotswolds.

Croft Barn features two comfortable double bedrooms, each offering a quiet, private place to rest. The main bedroom is generously sized with space to settle in for longer stays, while the second bedroom provides a cosy and restful atmosphere. We also have a stunning new bathroom and a handy separate laundry area.

Outside, you’re surrounded by the tranquillity of the Cotswold countryside with perfect walks around the lakes and all the water sports available there, yet only minutes from Cirencester’s cafés, shops, walking routes and historic attractions.

Whether you’re here for nature, adventure, local villages, or simply a slow-paced escape, Croft Barn offers an easygoing and welcoming base for your stay!

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
