Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Easy walk from the train station and a short cab or bus ride to the cruise port. Espresso machine in the room was a nice bonus. I will stay here again.

The check in staff at front was not professional, during the check in, no smile on his face, his tone has no breeding, our group has 14 people with 8 rooms, once he saw us came in the hotel, his face looked angry, he didn't say hi or thank you any of these greeding words to us, this was a very bad experience we ever had before
