In the heart of the Pic St Loup vineyards, between Sea and Mountain, Sandrine & Nicolas welcomes you in a charming La Capitelle house, completely renovated, in a Mediterranean atmosphere.
The 100 m2 house with its tower and its 1900 m² private garden offers an ideal setting for sharing moments of relaxation and pleasure with family or friends. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and pétanque, discovery of the hinterland, bike rides, river swimming or lazing on the beach, everything is there!

Fully equipped and air conditioned, organized for a stress-free stay, La Capitelle can accommodate 6 people
The 100 m2 building and its 1900 m2 private garden consists of:
A large living / dining room equipped with a TV, with high ceilings with a large sliding window and a picture window with views of the garden and the swimming pool
A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer, etc.)
A master suite with 140 cm bed, large picture window, TV, open bathroom with large Italian shower and separate toilet
A bedroom with two bunk beds in 90
A bathroom with Italian shower
An independent WC
A tower with an entrance hall converted into a relaxation area, upstairs a beautiful double bedroom (140) with a landscape view

The bathroom linen is provided, the beds will be made upon arrival.

You will also have a garden furniture equipped with 2 armchairs, a bench and a coffee table, a large outdoor table, a charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, hammock, giant beanbags, pétanque balls, 2 adult mountain bikes 2 children mountain bikes. Bowling green, 7/7 swimming pool and its 150 m2 beach, Spa - luxury 6 seater jacuzzi.
On request, we can provide you with umbrella beds, high chair, baby carrier backpack, children's bicycle trailer, baby bicycle carrier, balance bike.

La Capitelle, located in the hamlet of Bouyssier in the village of Claret (limit of Hérault and Gard) allows you to enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities nearby with many hiking trails including climbing Pic Saint Loup.
Follower of the Trail or the VTT you will be filled by the many possibilities which are offered to you.
Claret and its legendary cliff in the south of France "La crête de la taillade", known for its many very technical routes, attracts climbers from all over Europe, as well as its Paragliding site of the Embruscalles, very popular with paragliders.
Canoeing, horse riding or Via Ferrata ...
You will discover a heritage where nature and man have shared history: The Pic-Saint-Loup and its vineyards, the Hortus and its legends, The Gorges of the Hérault and the city of Saint-Guilhem-le- Desert, the village of Claret and its Halle du Verre… and many other wonders that we can advise you on.

If you wish, we will be at your disposal to advise you on the surroundings and prepare your stay with you.

La Capitelle far exceeded expectations! We were blown away. The villa is in a beautiful private location, with all the amenities required. The villa was spotlessly clean and has been completed to a very high standard. A perfect stay

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 children under 4. Sandrine and Nicholas are wonderful hosts and their communication leading up to and during the visit was excellent. They offered extra amenities for the children, which were a great help and very thoughtful. The property was spotless and perfectly clean. The check in process was very easy and they were very patient with us, as we do not speak a lot of French (I am still learning). The property itself is amazing with a lovely, child-safe pool area, jacuzzi and perfect living and sleeping areas. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area with easy walks, bike rides and close enough to walk into Claret for a drink, food or supplies. It was our children's first vacation abroad and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. Sandrine & Nicholas, merci beaucoup, votre maison est magnifique et nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacancies :)

Beautiful property with incredible views.

Absolutely stunning and the workmanship and finish is of an extremely high quality. We felt like we were in our home as it was perfectly equipped for our family. Some of the finishing touches are wonderful and no expense has been spared on the property which is extremely luxurious.

Vacances formidables, maison spacieuse, bien agencée, décorée avec goût et simplicité ce qui donne une agréable sensation, sans parlé de la climatisation un vrai bonheur. Une grande et belle piscine dont on a profité avec les enfants les trois quarts du temps la journée et spa le soir, c’est magique, terrain de pétanque éclairé le soir. Hébergement au top. Les équipements sont de grande qualité, la piscine est grande et toujours chaude, le jacuzzi 6 places est un vrai jacuzzi avec de vrais jets massants! La maison est sans défaut et ne présente aucun signe de vétusté. Les équipements extérieurs sont un vrai plus, le barbecue, le terrain de pétanque (énorme !) les vélos... Tout est pensé pour passer des vacances au top! Le village possède une boulangerie, une épicerie et un bar tabac avec des menus du jour à 17! N'hésitez pas à aller dire bonjour à Aurélia! Supermarché à 15 min. Amoureux de randonnées, vous allez être servis!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus an sehr ruhiger Lage mit viel Umschwung und schönem Garten, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, beschatteter Aussensitzplatz mit Terasse, grosszügige Pool-Anlage mit Jacuzzi, dazu eine aufgespannte Hängematte, Grill, Boule-Bahn, ... einfach mit allem was es braucht um herrliche Ferien zu verbringen!! Superbe maison

Magnifique maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Environnement très calme. La piscine, le jaccuzzi et le terrain de pétanque nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Les propriétaires très discrets sont juste dans la maison d'à côté en cas de problème. On n'hésite pas à revenir une autre fois.

Agréable séjour au milieu des vignes

Très bon accueil. La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce. Endroit idéal pour passer une semaine tranquille au bord de la piscine ou dans le spa en regardant les étoiles ou pour visiter les très beaux villages et sites de la région. Belles marches possibles depuis la maison dans la garrigue ou dans les vignes. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Magnifique gîte de tout confort !

Nous venons de passer 2 belles semaines dans ce magnifique gîte, au calme. Nous avons eu la chance d'être les premiers locataires de cette maison entièrement rénovée : tout était neuf ! La maison est très agréable : Belle décoration, bonne literie, bien équipée ... de tout confort ! Nous avons apprécié le beau grand jardin et ses oliviers, le terrain de boules et surtout le coin piscine/jacuzzi plus qu'appreciable! Merci aux propriétaires pour le très bon accueil. Je recommande vraiment cette location.
