Our cozy two-bedroom 1 bath bungalow is perched in the national forest area of North Georgia just minutes from downtown Helen, GA, or Lake Burton. Whether you have come for lake time on Burton or a family fun vacation in Helen, GA, Blue Burton Bungalow is the perfect home base for your trip. Located on a quiet stretch of road, you have a large private backyard with a fire pit, a big back deck with a brand-new hot tub, and plenty of parking to bring the boat up to take to the lake. Our bungalow has been updated entirely inside with a modern lake vibe that is sure to please every guest. Comfortable beds and high thread count linens, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and plenty of space to sprawl out and rest from the days adventures. Curl up and watch a movie in the living room, roast s'mores on the fire it out back, or unwind with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Our gas grill is the perfect spot to grill up a fresh catch from Lake Burton or prime steaks from Betty's Country Store in Helen. Whatever your vacation plans are Blue Burton Bungalow is stocked and ready to help you make memories that will last a lifetime.

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring, March1-June 15 and Fall, October 1 - December 31. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Nicely rennovated!

The house is very nicely renovated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked! We enjoyed hanging out on the screened in front porch. Manager was very communicative.

The right rental to rest

Our stay was amazing!!! The hosts were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. The rental came fully equipped, which was perfect for someone like me, who definitely doesn’t mind cooking on vacation to save a few bucks! The front porch with the bed swing was the perfect place to sleep, dream, and relax! We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful place to stay! You will have everything you need. Just bring your suitcases abd enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. It's close to Helen and the Unicoi State park where you can visit the Anna Ruby Falls. Everything is exactly as described. Check in was easy and it was easy to find. Stay here and you won't be sorry!!

Everything is accurate on the description but there is so much more! Very clean, lots of towels, cooking stuff, pots/pans, etc. We loved the bungalow! It is pet friendly by you can’t tell there have been pets visiting. Loved the extra pet bowls also. You will not go wrong booking this place!

Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay! The pictures do not do this home justice it is beautiful and so cozy. The house is completely updated and the kitchen has everything you need! The location was perfect right in between Helen and Clayton. We absolutely loved the fire pit area. We will definitely be back. We also loved the Blue Canoe and it was so close!

Great family vacation
