Literally, everything is new. New oven, washer & dryer, microwave, beds, etc.We were the first to use the soaking tub and there's plenty of hot water even after 3 showers in a row. The bedooms are very large. There's plenty of room to maneuver around the beds even with luggage laying around. Host responded quickly to questions. Would certainly visit again.
