15 mins to downtown Clarksville.
The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and has a beautiful mature landscape. We love to take family walks and sit outside on the front porch.
The “cottage” is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It has a sitting room with fireplace, a game room and a sun room.
It has a large front yard, front sitting porch and large backyard. The backyard has a bbq and firepit area.
We hope you fall in love with our home as much as we have.

really great place - quiet neighborhood (weekend nights can be bothersome with noisy vehicles on Tiny Town Road). the backyard is large and inviting. The house is homey and comfortable – will definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable and cozy place with all the amenities you can think off. Jessica was very responsive to all of my inquiries and needs. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Cozy and Clean!

Visiting family in Paris and Nashville so this was the perfect in between location. The house was on a quiet street, conveniently close to shopping and the interstate. The home had all the "Home away from home" amenities! I would definitely choose this house again!Thehouse had all the "home awamenities

Celebrating Milestones

What a wonderful place to celebrate 70, 50, & 40 birthdays! The home was gorgeous & very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room area for everyone to sit & visit. The game room had a large TV & very comfortable seating. There was a fire pit in the backyard & we enjoyed roasting marshmallows for S’Mores. Everything about our stay was wonderful & we would definitely stay here again. The communication with the host was great - quick & friendly responses to my many questions. In addition, we were close to many restaurants & shopping. Thanks for helping us to have such a fantastic family vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway

I honestly could not find anything wrong with this home. I was obsessed. So much so that my husband told me to stop saying how I was obsessed out loud. I highly recommend this little home in a quite neighborhood.

Great base for day trips

Two senior couples traveling on motorcycles. Chose this house to be our base for day trips to Nashville, Bowling Green, and Paducah. House was clean. Beds were great. Nice having 3 bathrooms. Living room couch so comfy, we all fell asleep watch TV. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out.

Beautifully decorated, peaceful getaway

The property is gorgeous, clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The host is outstanding, very responsive and welcoming. The home is well stocked and has a lovely fenced in back yard with a grill and fire pit. Thank you Jessica for creating a serene and comfortable home away from home!

The Perfect Location with Essentials Included!

Thank you for the hand soap and towels in all the bathrooms. Thank you for the coffee!! and baggies in the kitchen. Everything that we could need to be comfortable was provided. The grocery store across the street was amazing, and the town of Clarksville is so fun! We really felt centrally located and well taken care of. Thank you again!!

Perfect for families

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood & has plenty of room for your family. The games in the game room came in handy to keep the younger ones occupied! All the necessary kitchen gadgets were available. And this home has a large backyard with fire pit!
