The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Extremely welcoming rustic cabin in the middle of the woods. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Lots to do around town and close to other cities.

We loved the cottage. The views are amazing, the house is clean, cozy and comfortable. We welcomed the New Year with a nice fire and some steaks on the charcoal grill. The drive up the mountain is nice as you enjoy the views. The road is practically new asphalt so no issues at all. Clayton has some excellent restaurants and the main street is only a couple of miles from the property. Justin is very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I cannot recommend highly enough.
