A Little let down

yard overgrown with weeds front and backyard no lawn, curb appeal not good. Abandoned boat and trailer in front yard. Boat dock in back in need of repairs parts of dock missing caused a scratch to our 120,000.00 boat. Interior of house was clean mostly up to date. The property manager was very nice when we arrived the lock didn't work; she came right over and took care of that item.

This is a fun little area, full of older houses. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive - but general condition of the property is funky.

The house is older and the yard front and back needs to be cleaned up. We couldn’t get the TV to work. The amenities stated there was shampoo and a clothes dryer. I didn’t find either. No steak knives or cutting knives. No coasters to protect furniture. No bath mat for the tub/shower and no bedside lamps. Limited amenities compared to the last place we stayed.

House could more towels toilet paper also had no large bowls, but one and had to use that to flush the toilet in the master bathroom one pot no measuring cups just needed a little more tweaking to cook in the house. There was no book telling us what to do with the laundry no dryer that was advertised And I had problems working the stove at first.

Lovely and modern spot

This place was really comfortable and had great amenities. I highly recommend it if you’re planning on going to Clearlake. The only downside is that the canals are really murky and full of algae right now, which isn’t the owners fault, obviously, but important info for staying on the canals
