une grande chambre calme et propre, les wc séparés de la salle de bain, le personnel est très souriant et à notre écoute. il manquerait une étagere dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires.

Hotel in sehr schlechten Zustand

Pros: Die Lage und die Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Cons: Das Hotel soll allgemein renoviert werden.
Location: Restaurants in der Nahe und gute Anbindung zur Straßennetz.
Das Hotel ist umgeben von viele unterschiedliche Restaurants, und das ist leider das einzige positive... Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr wenig motiviert, die Saubarkeit ist Mangelhaft, und die Installationen sind im allgemein sehr herungergekommen.

Salle de bain faite certainement à la va-vite. Pas de papier toilette dans le distributeur... Gel douche de l'occupant précédent toujours au bord de la baignoire...

Très satisfaisant, parfaitement situé à côté de l immense zone commerciale, plus particulièrement le Lidl pour les petites courses d appoint. Idéal pour notre cas, nous étions à 16 minutes d'où nous devions nous rendre !

controle excessif à l'arrivée

complications liées à la situation française suite aux attentats ou excès de zèle ? chaque client est-il suspect ? de plus, la tentative de justification du réceptionniste ne colle pas le paiement par internet exige une confirmation par code, avec demande de la banque par SMS. Donc il ne peut y avoir de fraude à la carte bancaire, et ceci n'a rien à voir avec les pièces d'identité exigées. Dommage car l'hôtel est très correct sur tous les services attendus !! pour avoir une tranquillité d'esprit, j'éviterai cet hôtel à l'avenir.

très bien rapport qualité prix

Tout était parfait, juste un petit bémol, personnellement j'aurais aimé plus d'épaisseur au niveau des oreillers voire un traversin, pourquoi pas, j'aime les épaisseurs sous la tète, surtout pour regarder la TV, c'est appréciable.

Très mauvaise expérience

Nous venons de séjourner à l hôtel kyriad sud pardieu à Clermont ferrand, du mercredi 31 décembre au vendredi 2 janvier et nous souhaitons vous faire part de plusieurs dysfonctionnements : La piscine était fermée (nous avions choisi cet hôtel essentiellement pour la piscine) et cet événement n était noté nulle part, ni sur le site, ni en arrivant a l hôtel. Dans la chambre attribuée (111) le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, nous partions en promenade, la direction de l hôtel faisait le nécessaire, à notre retour à 19h, nous avons constate que le chauffage ne fonctionnait toujours pas, une employée nous a donc change de chambre (230), nous y sommes installes (deux adultes deux enfants), le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas plus, après plusieurs descentes à l accueil, l employée (seule, faisant les arrivées, les réceptions, le bar) a trouve une autre chambre (310). Nous y avons pris nos quartiers à 20:15. 1 heure et quart d attente et des enfants de 2 et 4 ans trimballées d'une chambre à l autre ou en attente dans un couloir. Nous avons constate dans cette chambre que le ménage n avait pas été fait depuis plusieurs jours (poussières, affaires oubliées sous les lits par les précédents occupants, traces sur l interrupteur de l entrée, fuite sous le lavabo) Les employés se sont excuses et ont essayé de trouver des solutions alors que la personne désignée comme faisant partie de la direction et qui nous avait accueillis à notre arrivée, ne nous a pas salués ce matin et nous tournait même le dos.
