On arrival we had a lovely welcome from the receptionist, and a quick booking in process. On arrival in our room, which was clean and tidy apart from a few stains on the sofa, we were greeted by the cold temperature. We attempted to adjust the air con setting but the room just got colder. We spoke to the receptionist who explained that it was still summer (1st October!) and the only solution she had was to use the heater in the bathroom. The heater was on a timer and it did warm the bathroom nicely, however it only just took the chill off the living area. The bed and bedding were comfortable so we had a reasonable nights sleep. Breakfast was at best barely adequate.

La chambre était bien ; En revanche la salle de bain (104) : -lavabo complètement bouché (ne s’écoule pas), -la robinetterie de la baignoire en fonction douche fonctionne une fois sur 3, -impossible de prendre un bain car le bouchon de la baignoire n’est plus étanche. Très surprenant d’avoir laissé un ensemble baignoire douche d’origine vétuste et tous ces dysfonctionnements car il semble que les chambres aient été refaite….jamais vu une salle de bain dans un hôtel à ce point dégradé.
