Perfectly positioned just off scenic Lakeshore Drive on Lake Minnehaha and only minutes from charming Downtown Clermont, this beautifully designed home blends modern comfort, upscale style, and unforgettable waterfront living.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a couples getaway, or a relaxing retreat with friends, this home offers the kind of setting that turns a stay into lifelong memories.
Note-Pool Heating Fee: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $99 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange heating.

If you are bringing pets with you there will be a Pet Fee of $150 per pet, per stay.

If you are wanting to host an event at the home there will be additional fees and a quote will be provided to you once all the information on the event has been provided to us. If there is any additional guests after the booking guest count this qualifies as an event. Please message us to get prior approval for additional guests. Event Fee minimum is $350 per day.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while visiting family, check in was a breeze. View from the dock at sunset was beautiful. Josh and the team were amazing. Definetly be staying again when we come to see family. Thank you for an amazing stay
