Staff definitely could be nicer and say hi or even talk to you just feel like they are always upset maybe that just how they are idk but to me it don’t seem so friendly they are very serious which is not bad unless your a super friendly person like me

The hotel overall was ok. The beds were comfortable. The area was run down and 2 police cars were directly behind the back building searching a stopped car. Felt unsafe.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot hadn’t been cleared of snow properly or salted. Very slippery and walking through snow and slush was dangerous and a pain.

Everything was awesome -EXCEPT !!! The smell of Marijuana…. Out in the hall way … Made me very sick . We came clear from Oil City Oa for a family funeral …. And just wasn’t impressed with that kind off air freshener . But Cleanliness and stuff was awesome .

First room toilet, was leaking. They moved us to another room and the toilet in that room was leaking as well. The covers on the beds had stains and random hair on them.

The manager leaned his shoulder against a wall with his arms folded and watched everyone eating breakfast. It was creepy. Old, rotting apples were the only fruit available for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, and beds were very comfortable. Could use some minor updating - for example, the bathroom door was really in need of a new coat of paint and the business center computer was very very slow. These things were not a priority for us but might be for others.

Surprising little gem of an economical hotel! 4 pillows per bed, nice shower, clean, no smoke or weird smells. Highly recommended

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The price was great- I booked for a quiet weekend where I could relax and this stay did exactly that. The staff was great. The room was clean. Parking was convenient and well lit. The only minor suggestion I have is to start breakfast earlier than 7am…. Many of us that work start our day well before 7am… but other than that- I will definitely be back when my plans call for a hotel in that area.
