Once in shower, noticed body soap dispenser was missing....had to use shampoo soap to wash....went to front desk afterwards and subutitued small bar soap.Staff was unapologetic. Room had smoking smell....found cleaning person, room was sprayed. Returned from moving granddaughter into college dorm....smoking smell was still present. Went to front desk that evening....offered to spray again, but declined as Mrs. was getting ready for bed. Tired and upset that these two issues were not detected at room preparation for next bookings.

bed had a plastic piece hanging off - hit my ankle on it and hurt really bad. no water fountains were working. shower soap was empty for both nights. no new towels for 2 days

Desk service was quick and efficient. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. The breakfast had good options and the hot food was very good. I rate the coffee as some of the better hotel coffee I’ve had.
