Customer service last Sunday 10/19 morning not professional I asked for shampoo he said will deliver to your room in few minutes, my wife wait around 1 hour and no body bring a shampoo to the room me and my wife we exit the hotel without shower and we so said , no microwave on room to be honest the hotel it looks nice but is bad service for me not professional .

Not as expected. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when walking down the hall the carpet was stained, and the tile was filthy and so sticky. The room had carpet stains and so did the curtains. The bathroom floor was sticky. It definitely needs to be updated. I didn’t get a photo of the dust covered exhaust in the bathroom.

The floor in my room had trash on it, and I found a long hair in the sheets. The bathroom floor was also not clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Room was filthy… hair in fridge, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, lid of ice bucket was gross, there was mud, dirt, mulch, and dirty towels EVERYWHERE in pool area. Staff was crabby, only the bartender was polite and talked to you. All other employees acted like they hated their jobs and weren’t very happy they had to interact with you. Would not recommend, would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Terrible odor in lobby, hallway, rooms. Rooms were cold. Front desk ran out of keys. Breakfast food items were not fresh, bagels and potatoes were rocks. Restaurant closed too early. Pool hours also are short. We weren't able to eat or enjoy the pool. Parking Lot lights are vlown out and creates dark patches in lot.

Super nice for Best Western Plus! I believe it's an old Hampton. As I was leaving the smoke alarm was randomly going off. No fire ! Probably someone smoking!!

This makes our second stay at best Western plus in Strongsville, Ohio. The facility was very clean the first time this time somebody forgot to clean the bathtub and the bathtub steel had dirty residue from the guest prior to our check-in but other than that, it is very clean very friendly people And we enjoyed our stay

Everything was good for most part. The pool being closed was a huge inconvenience as that's almost the whole reason I chose Strongsville. The breakfast was not very good at all. Fruit was mushy, eggs were not very good, Potato's had so many chafer fuels they were boiling. The pancakes were such bad quality. There was a lot of positive to my stay but the negatives are unfortunate.

The hotel room was missing the room number outside the door to start with. The room was not clean, had trash and multiple stains over the floor. The tables and lamps were dusty and dirty. The toilet had visible streaks from not properly being cleaned over time. And there was a horrible odor when the heat was turned on through the vents. I would not plan on staying again.
