Overall, a really pleasant experience! I took needed a quick get away and this place served its purpose. Quiet, accommodating and fairly updated. The hotel bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, as I found hair along the side of the shower, but truly a minor moment in the midst of an overall enjoyable stay. I was relaxed and refreshed! Also, the burger at the bar was really good! And the bartenders company was cool as well. The continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus. The food wasn’t anything anything special, but again, for the price and the accommodations, I thought it was a nice touch to an already pleasant experience.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby,hallways, and elevators were dirty. Definitely needs to be vacuumed and wiped down. They had buried out light bulbs. Out of service elevator. Fingerprints on every mirror, windows, and doors. The outdoor green spaces definitely need help. Dead trees,everything is overgrown with weeds.

Great 2 night stay

This was a great 2 night stay. The check in guy could have been a little more friendly but that really was the only thing that marred our weekend. The pool is really big and goes to 9 feet! Room was very clean. We enjoyed staying here.

The older gentleman at thw front desk is absolutely amazing!!!! Such great customer service. The pool was awesome!! The beds were so comfortable. The only down side i can even think to mention is the toilet set fairly low to the ground even at 5'4. And the pool didnt have walk in steps to make it more assessible. We had to climb the ladders.

Good for one night stay.

None of the days we were there did our room get cleaned/restocked. No pool towels for the pool. The Lounge food was too expensive and service was horrible and the music was too loud that we couldnt conversate. The breakfast food that was complimentary was bland and not many choices. The juice machine was out of order and they only provided milk and coffee. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in desperate need of being replaced. The information paper for the hotel that was left in the rooms were severely outdated and none of the information was correct on it.

The continental breakfast was such a wonderful surprise. We expected the usual cold cereal, yogurt cups in limited flavors, prepackaged danish items, etc. To walk in to a restaurant setting and smell hit breakfast was priceless. Various breakfast meats, french toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs. A yogurt BAR where we could take as much as we wanted and add our own toppings. Chef Debbie was very personable as was her staff. Greeting you and asking how you are. My only disappoint was all the plastic tablewear and other disposable items that end up in land fills.

At least there is a bed to sleep in

Overall the room did what I needed it for. There was a bed and locked door. The lighting in the bathroom is pretty minimal and the shower water gets all over the floor if there’s not at least 2-3 towels down. The duvet covers were thrown on top of the insert comforters like a sheet.. I’d take your own blankets. The check in staff was friendly. The rooms are definitely not sound resilient..you can hear everything. There were several teenagers until atleast 3am banging on doors and rolling office chairs up and down the hallway trying to unlock the doors.

Really nice hotel, big room, felt safe and comfortable. Only thing is my room didn’t have a microwave, but I think there’s one in the lobby. Would stay again!
