Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with a good amount of pillows. We visited at the end of July. The outside temp was hot. I’m not sure if they have central cooling or not, the hallways were warm! Our bedroom was also warm upon entering, the room had a cooling unit by our bed and cooled enough to allow us to fall asleep comfortably. Would’ve love for it to have been able to get cooler! Staff was very friendly and nice. Facility was nice and clean.

Check in was easy, and upon entering the room, one could smell the bleach from cleaning. We didn’t mind the smell. The toilet paper holder was barely secured in the wall, similar to something found in a gas station. The front desk has to be notified the first morning due to loud music literally vibrating the floor. We were told it was due to a function being held in a conference room. However, the issue was quickly resolved. We have stayed at this location before and will stay again. With a few minor improvements, the hotel could go from four to five stars.

Pros: Easy parking, Many options for food and shopping nearby, Close to highway, Room had plenty of space, Clean lobby Cons: Half our outlets didn't work, stains on couch, ripped wallpaper, no free breakfast, asked for cleaning service to be done on our 2nd day and it was not done, few towels still had hair on them after cleaned, fridge turned everything to ice overnight I chose this hotel for the price and convenience of the area. It was easy to get to from the highway and plenty of options for eating, shopping and fun nearby. The night desk lady was quick to check us in but not very informative on things available or extra cost at the hotel. The day time desk guys were nice but did not follow through with getting our room cleaned/towels changed out after saying they would add us to the list. It was a fine hotel but would choose a different hotel if we are back in the area again. Just seemed like upkeep is not there main priority.

This is my 3rd time staying here for just a little mom break. I absolutely love it here, veey comfortable, clean and had a few requirements that were always met. I highly recommend this hotel! My only complaint after this being my 3rd time here, is the housekeeping are a bit rude. I asked for a late check out the when i arrived, I made sure to ask if housekeeping would get the not, they said yes. Well like every other time they are pounding on the door at 11:45 screaming housekeeping. Then seem to be annoyed that im still there. But 100% recommend and will be returning!

Two night stay for business. Left early morning for work after first night not returning till later in the day to find my room was not cleaned/refreshed. When I asked the front desk why they told me I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. What? Now I have to ask for basic room cleaning for a two night stay?
