This property is a lot older than what I thought but it is very clean and well maintained. The clerk at the front was very kind and carried our bags to our room for us. If you are looking for a one night, in and out, than I would suggest this property.

Bad Experience

Do not stay at this hotel. It was filthy and was not clean in any of the common areas or the hotel room, the elevator was broken with no indication that it would be fixed, the parking lot had not been plowed and had snow all through it which was unsafe, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at. There are many other hotels in the area that are a higher quality.

First, the night clerk, whose name I forgot to ask, was very helpful. We were able to get a late checkout and gave us utensils for food we purchased. I booked the room based on the stock photos. Check the room pictures before booking. They DO NOT look like the main 'page' photos. The room was very small. Our coffeemaker had brown goop in it and the TV was super dark. So much so we had to turn off all the lights and close the curtains to see it. No way to adjust. If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, this would be fine. If you're having a weekend away, book somewhere else.

This is my go to hotel when I need time for self. I relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Room is always fresh and clean. I prefer firmer pillows. The pillows are too soft. But that’s not a negative thing. It’s just not my preference to have soft pillows.

The elevator was broken and we had to go and down to the 3rd floor. The room had a big water stain on ceiling near the bed. The pull-out sofa had stains on the mattress and leftover fake rose petals from the guests before us. The outside parking lot and smoke area wasn't salted, even though there was a lot of ice and snow on the ground.

The staff was unfriendly, and the only elevator was out of order for our whole stay. We were assigned to the 3rd floor and had to navigate the steps by ourselves with no staff assistance. Both of us have difficulty climbing stairs due to weak knees and back pain. It’s clearly a violation of federal and state disability laws not to have working elevators in a public building.

Would not recommend

The elevator is near-broken. It gets stuck on the second floor. The door will finally open after about a minute. The fitness room is not even marked, and it was sparse. I would not recommend this hotel.
