Rooms were quiet and conveniently located in University Circle. The staff was wonderful. However, the rooms were’t as clean as one would expect from a Mariott brand. There was mold in the showers, and bbq sauce (we hope) splattered on the bedskirts and curtains.

The staff was very accommodating when my Dad’s hospital stay was extended unexpectedly. They allowed me to hold my bags at the desk and keep my car valeted at the hotel so I didn’t have to pay for parking at the hospital and I could take the hotel shuttle. They made it very easy for me to add an extra night onto our stay.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to give everyone here a shout out for saving our trip to Cleveland. We had a rough time woth our initial booking with an air bnb style place and were out on our behinds at 11pm our first night. I was immediately able to book a room here, and the staff was awesome. Valets were efficient and nice, everyone just great. You wont be disappointed.
