The first room i got the top of the toilet tank was sitting on the sink. I was given another room. I could not hook up my firestick to the tv as there seemed to be no internet service to the tv. The hotel offered little help. Overall the staff was excellent.

3 nights with no room cleaning. $30 a day for parking and elevator and garage entrance keypad don’t work. You have to use stairs in parking garage which is where employees go to smoke weed. Hotel is in severe need of renovation. Some of most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in in my life. So bad my husband spelt on couch in room which was more comfortable then bed

First the with the exception of one afternoon young man the staff is excellent. The shuttle team were fantastic and very accommodating. if i owned a business I would hire them. However the hotel is in poor condition. We had to change rooms because of a very over used bed. Others we talked also had switched from their initial rooms for other reasons. Electrical outlets were loose in both our rooms to the point of a potential fire hazard. General maintenance is lacking in rooms and the facility in general. Our first refrigerator was so iced up it did not cool foods. Second fridge has poor seal causing excessive moisture and water in fridge. Overall the hotel has the potential of having much to offer but in its present state of repair it would lead me to seek an alternative site when we return to Cleveland. In it’s current state it does not reflect well on the Hilton brand. Since we were here for medical situation a poor hotel stay was one thing we did not need.

This is my 3rd stay and I’ll probably be back! First …. the staff is great!! But the hotel is not in the best shape. We’ve had toilet issues twice and had to switch rooms the last stay. Fixtures and carpet are old and worn in the room. Beds are comfy and you can’t beat the location …. everything in walking distance! It’s a no frills kinda place with a friendly and attentive staff!

Disgusting and filthy. Main lobby was dirty old worn furniture. Carpet was so threadbare it had long rips. Worst part was my brother in law went in the lobby bathroom. One stall had feces on the floor, walls and commode. Another was taped shut and out of order and the third was full of stool and paper and would not flush. We brought this issue to the desk staff and over an hour later it had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk again. The third time we reported this issue we were told the housekeeper was “busy” Upon entering garage was filthy and the elevator was broken which required you to carry your luggage down a nasty stairway. The main entry had trash overflowing in the outside can, area was nasty and doors and window look like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The hallway carpets had huge stains. This hotel is in need of refurbishing and a staff that is attentive.
