Poop in hot tub see my other review. Please grant a refund or compensation for the terrible handling. Oh! Also, when trying to get into pool area, door didn’t open with anyone’s room key so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk because the same lazy girl who refused to do her job at check in was too busy sitting on her cell phone to come help us and said she’d call maintenance and they never came!!! This whole place is a mess

Severely understaffed, very rude girl at check in but nice young man ended up helping us out after waiting two hours to check in with entire lobby filled with people waiting to check in probably 50 people. Hot tub was only reason we stayed which they shut down first night due to an “accident” & lied saying someone slipped and fell so blood was by pool and I could tell she was lying but went about my day and accepted the loss so went to go to bar another reason we chose this hotel which was also not open. Next night went to hot tub cause they said it was “cleaned up” & didn’t realize until it was too late that it appears FECES got into the water as the bubbles were all brown. I have pictures and we all jumped out and ran to our rooms to shower. The rooms weren’t clean and obviously couldn’t sleep after sitting in someone else’s literal poop!!!

Something I wished was posted I finalized my reservation: This hotel has a $100 deposit and cash is NOT accepted. Other than that, the room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The water in the bathroom was a little wonky... tried to shower on the night we arrived but the water was scalding hot and wouldn't get any cooler. The toilet water was even hot. Woke up the next morning and it was fine. Not sure what happened there. I would've asked to switch rooms the night before but we were too tired and didn't feel like moving all of our stuff to a new room. We were only there overnight. The staff was nice.

Room was on 5th floor, no elevators working, no hot water in the entire hotel, heat was broken in the room, front staff would not bring up bedding for the pull out couch because elevators were broken. Fire alarm kept going off through out the night

We stayed in room 136. The elevators were down which okay they accommodated us by putting us in a room on the ground floor. We get into the room, and the sliding door that leads to outside was completely broken. The lock was completely off and anybody who wanted to enter through our room could. I spoke to the front desk girl and she basically told me there was nothing she could do about it. Great. So sleeping with an unlocked door was super fun. We then went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER. again- i went up to the front desk and they stated the entire hotel was out as the hot water tank was out. Nothing was done to accommodate me and my guests. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying there.

Entire stay was ok at best. The room wasn’t as clean. There was stained blood on the sheet and comforter. Blood on the hallway floor by the elevators. The bathtub wasn’t clean and clogged when taking a shower. It was also rowdy past midnight hours with no warning to bring down volume. Pool and hot tub not functional during stay. Personally wouldn’t stay again.
