Our family/team at The Hilliard Lofts enjoy meeting new people and love catering to the needs of our guests.. We purchased the building in 2015 from a local attorney who was retiring and the space was used as an office building for his firm. Our vision from the onset of our purchase of The Historic Hilliard Building was to remodel it into 18 beautiful loft style apartments. We worked tirelessly with the city and the contractors to achieve this dream and begin a new journey in this endeavor.
Located in the center of the Historic Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland. The Historic Warehouse district is the entertainment district of Downtown Cleveland. The east and west bank of the flats provide visitors with the excitement of bars and night clubs. There are many 5-star restaurants to dine in the area with tons of parking. Lake Erie is straight down east 9th with views that will take your breath away. Want to enjoy a sports game or a concert we are minutes away from Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage arena and First Energy Stadium where the Cleveland Browns play their home games. Parking around the Hilliard is great. We are surrounded by parking lots. Also plenty of scooters are available for use to go site seeing. Lets not forget Uber drivers and taxis around the city
