The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. The bar and grill is only open for two hours. If you come back to the hotel late in the evening and want food you are out of luck. Overall the room was in great condition and served its purpose. The staff was friendly but not overly accommodating. The location is great as it is a short distance from the airport. Please add more restaurants if possible.

Drove through a snow storm and decided since the roads were so bad we would eat at hotel. It had good reviews so we thought it would be ok. We get checked in only to find out the cooks called in and they had to close the restaurant for the night. That also effected the evening manager’s reception

The lady at the front was great! She even remembered me calling earlier in the day was able to put rooms side by side for our group. Comfortable beds and beautiful lobby. I have not had the breakfast yet so I won’t comment on that.

The hotel offered a seamless check-in experience, thanks to its prime location. The bar and food options were exceptional, although the price point for the snacks was somewhat steep. One area for improvement is the proximity of the pool area to the gym. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, with spacious, spotless rooms. The view of the waterfall from the window was truly breathtaking, and I would eagerly consider staying again.

Initially our reservation was canceled upon arrival by the hotel, I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to help by being able to rebook without a fee but it cost me money I wasnt expecting to have to pay seeing it was already paid for in advance. The pool nor gym wasnt available I'm guessing because it was New Year Eve, needless to say that was 2 of the reasons I booked here to be able to use the pool and gym. The hotel was nothing that I expected from a embassy I always stay at these hotels but this location was by far the worse, I will never come again
