Sketch!

I'm sure this area used to be nice, but most hotels and restaurants around were boarded up and shut down, so a bit sketchy. The staff was friendly, but overworked. The baseboards on our floor were missing...they were possibly getting ready to replace the carpet...which needed it badly. The air conditioner in our room did not work, but we couldn't use the phone to call and report it, because it didn't work either. They didn't move us to a new room, but the air got fixed in pretty short order. Free breakfast is a misnomer...it's free coffee, cocoa, choices of breakfast bars or small wrapped muffins, and apples on a small counter. No eating area to speak of. We felt like everything was handled with the idea in mind that anything and everything could get stolen any minute. The beds were comfortable though. I would not with good conscious recommend staying here.

The service was excellent, the staff were very nice. My room was well cleaned and set up. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Someone set off the fire alarm around 10:30pm, and the situation was handled efficiently. We were only outside for about 10 minutes. My room was at the end of the hall next to the door to the stairs and outside, which both were extremely loud. All in all, decent stay for one night.

my experience was HORRIBLE!!!..me,my son and 2 adult nephews were racially targeted for stuff we had no control over!!!..just disgusting!!!..we didn’t even stay the night!!!..im trying to get a refund or a credit for future stay at another property!!!..

Very nice hotel

Extended Stay is one of my all time go too since they are nationally located and reasonably priced. Depending on locations some can be more run down then others. This particular hotel is in the middle of upgrading and so far is looking nice. The elevator is close to the entrance door. They had luggage carts located right by the main door, which is always nice when first unloading vehicle. The breakfast is the basic coffee, oatmeal and packaged muffins. It’s not a great offering and is always delightful when there’s a semi hot breakfast option. But it’s something little to get by for few hours and it’s complimentary,so really can’t complain.

The Bureau in the room was totally messed up the top drawers didn't work right and the bottom rows were barely functional. I had a handicapped room (not that I had asked for that). It had a tub which is great. Sometimes I need a hot bath after a stressful day.. The hotel had been refreshed since I visited in December. New paint. New exterior. I went in and out of the door on the right (when standing at the front entrance looking in) side of hotel which didn't seem to ever lock. That is convenient for me and thieves. The main entrance locks after 11 pm. I'm not sure what good that is when one of the side doors is always open.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I sincerely appreciate their understanding and care when dealing with veterans. They were able to communicate and assist effectively, and their compassion and professionalism for guests spoke volumes keep up the great work.
