This unique listing allows you to book 2 separate units, the ‘Beach Paradise’, and the ‘Arcade Mania’. This combination offers a one-of-a-kind experience, perfect for large families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a fun and comfortable beachside getaway!

Beach Paradise offers both a beachside escape and vibrant city life, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Located on the first floor, it features comfortable interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing bedrooms. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Arcade Mania, located on the second floor, is a vibrant and playful space designed for gamers and families. With its arcade-themed decor and entertainment features, this unit brings fun and excitement to your stay.

Both units are equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and ensure a comfortable stay. Together, they provide a perfect blend of beachside relaxation and arcade fun.

Please be aware that our neighborhood is adjacent to a freight rail line. Trains pass through at various times of the day and night, which may result in some noise.

During your stay at the Gamer's Paradise, please follow the house rules:

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
• Check-out is at 11 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.

If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
