The Space:

Welcome to our spacious and stylish 4-bedroom retreat, where comfort meets convenience! This inviting home boasts 3 full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your group to unwind and refresh after a day of adventures. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a twin trundle bed (twin on top with a pull out twin on the bottom). There is a full bathroom on this floor as well with a tub/shower combination and washer & dryer.



The first floor also features a living room, dining room with seating for 8, and a large kitchen with plenty of counter space for prepping your favorite meals. There is an old school Nintendo 64 with Mario and 007 as well as a wireless PacMan game.



Upstairs you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two with kings. The master bedroom features a canopy king bed, ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a small balcony with seating for two. There is an additional full bathroom on this floor as well.



Relax outside in the spacious hot tub, with enough seating for 7. The yard has the ability to be fully fenced and the detached garage has enough room for 2 vehicles. This property is walking distance to the RTA station which can take you to downtown Cleveland and is a short drive from all the Ohio City/Gordon Square bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice

🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



📌Please note: While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests. Thank you!



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
