Front desk staff great , rooms were clean, Betts restaurant menu and staff great, loved the lobby vibe and great morning coffee What prevented a five rating were mtce or oversight issues in the room - 1. The iron did not work. It was visibly cracked/broken 2. The floor lamp was not working. It was not the bulb as we switched out one in the room into the light and it didn't work 3. BIGGEST ISSUE. It was very cold in Cleveland this weekend but we waited 3 hours for the small room to attempt to heat up. After the three hours, Upon calling mtce, they came up and changed the filter, indicating that would fix the situation. It did but should I as a customer have to be the one to point it out these items? I loved the hotel in general but these issues should not have been discovered by us as a customer

Front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the heat in our room and the maintenance man responded quickly but wasn’t able to resolve the issue so we were offered another room. The new room was not the same as the room we had reserved and paid for. We were given two drink tickets for the inconvenience. Due to the delay caused by by the heat we had to change our dinner plans. We decided to eat at Betts at the hotel. The food was amazing but the service was bearly average. We went to the game and came back to Betts for dessert. Way overpriced and my cake was so dry it felt gritty. The server did remove it from the bill. The next morning we tried to use one of our drink tickets for a latte since we don’t drink alcohol and were told we couldn’t use it for a latte. I informed the front desk about this and they were able to correct it. This hotel didn’t give us any reason to return.

Beds was hard had my back hurting i told the staff amd someone said they would send someone up with a mattress cover that might help but never did. So i wasn't satisfied with my stay and i probably won't stay there again when i visit Cleveland.

Very nice hotel. Common areas were cozy on a snowy day. Location is great - a lot of options for food and shopping within walking distance. My only complaint was that our room had one small window at up near the ceiling far above eye level. The photos on the website are very misleading.
